    At LOHA, we pride ourselves on using only the finest materials, ranging from precious metals to genuine gemstones. Our jewelry is meticulously handcrafted using 925 hallmarked silver, as well as both precious and semi-precious stones. Any alternative metals used will be clearly detailed on the product description page.

    • Are the pictures provided on the website are true and close to what the product is?
    While we aim to display the true colors of our jewelry and gemstones on our website, the accuracy depends on your device's color display and resolution. We do not perform any color editing and provide multiple pictures to help you better understand the colors and tones.
    • Are the payments secure and the information shared?                                                         All payments are processed through Shopify Payments, one of the world's most trusted payment gateways. Shopify Payments employs the highest level of encryption and data security to safeguard your details. While it securely shares your order and delivery information with us, it does not disclose any of your sensitive payment details.
    • What exchanges and return policy you have?

    Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is in perfect condition. Customized products and clearance items are always final sale. All returns must be sent to our Ashburn, Virginia return service center at the purchaser's expense, along with the original packing slip. We recommend saving the shipping receipt from the carrier as proof of your return. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund

    • How can I check the status of my order?

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your order details, including a tracking number. You can then visit our shipping partner's website and track your order using that tracking number.

    • How long will delivery of my order take?

    All LOHA products displayed on our website are in stock, customs cleared, and located in the USA, ensuring faster delivery compared to many others. Typically, delivery takes 3-5 days.

    • How much does shipping cost?

    We offer free shipping for all orders to USA locations. Express shipping is available for $5. The delivery time difference between Priority Shipping (FREE) and Express Shipping ($5) is 2 days. Free shipping takes 3-5 days, while express shipping takes 2-3 days to reach you.

    • Do you ship internationally?

    We currently ship to the USA and Canada. If you need delivery to another country, please contact us.

    • How to clean jewelry?

    To maintain the beauty of your LOHA jewelry, crafted from sterling silver, one of the most lustrous metals, we recommend wearing your pieces regularly, as this reduces the need for extensive care.

    Using a soft cloth, gently polish the jewelry several times to remove any dullness. Rinse it thoroughly in warm water and dry carefully to keep your sterling silver looking like new. Please note that chlorine and bleach can accelerate tarnishing and should be avoided.
