    Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is in perfect condition. Customized products and clearance items are always final sale. All returns must be sent to our Ashburn, Virginia return service center at the purchaser's expense, along with the original packing slip.     • How to clean jewelry?

    To maintain the beauty of your LOHA jewelry, crafted from sterling silver, one of the most lustrous metals, we recommend wearing your pieces regularly, as this reduces the need for extensive care.

    Using a soft cloth, gently polish the jewelry several times to remove any dullness. Rinse it thoroughly in warm water and dry carefully to keep your sterling silver looking like new. Please note that chlorine and bleach can accelerate tarnishing and should be avoided.
